How do I care for my watch?

Your Pearl of Honey holds a dial of blues and a movement etched with Honey.

A licckle reminder that even time can feel sweet

- After it's wet, intentionally dry

- Wipe it gently after each wear- skin oils tell stories, but it leaves a trace

- Avoid direct perfumes, lotions and chemicals; gold prefers quiet company

- Store it somewhere soft, away from sun when it need fi tek time

Orders

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods available at checkout.

Are there any taxes or duties?

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Duties may apply for future international orders once available.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

What happens if I receive the wrong order?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently offer standard shipping within Canada only. Please check back soon as we expand to additional regions.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $15 CAD.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped using trusted courier services with tracking provided.

Can I edit my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

I have not received my tracking number.

Tracking details are sent once your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking email within a few days of placing your order, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not offer returns. We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or defective.

How do I start an exchange?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.

Who covers the shipping costs for exchanges?

For damaged or defective items, Time by Honey will cover the cost of the replacement item. Customers are responsible for sending the original item back, unless otherwise stated.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment systems. We do not store your payment information.
