All products are sold as is, and minor imperfections are a natural part of the creation process.

Pricing & Modifications

All prices are in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without liability.

Order Accuracy & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or invalid payment information.

Shipping Policy

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details, including:

  • Order processing (2–4 business days)

  • Standard shipping (5–10 business days in Canada, $15 flat rate)

  • Tracking information

  • Failed deliveries / returned to sender

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Force Majeure (delays due to weather, carriers, customs, or unforeseen events)

  • International shipping (currently unavailable; duties and taxes apply when implemented)

Return & Exchange Policy

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy:

  • All sales are final except for damaged or defective items.

  • Exchanges for damaged or defective items must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping damaged/defective items back unless otherwise approved.

  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Our site may include links or tools provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
Use of third-party tools is entirely at your own discretion.
