Shipping policy

At TIME by Honey, we aim to process and ship all orders with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Where We Ship

We currently offer standard shipping within Canada only.
Please check back in the future as we expand to additional regions.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $15 CAD on all Canadian orders.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped using trusted courier services with tracking provided. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Editing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and TIME by Honey is not responsible for delays caused by address errors or missed delivery attempts.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TIME by Honey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked the order as delivered.
If you are concerned about delivery security, we recommend shipping to a secure address.

Unforeseen Delays

TIME by Honey is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, delivery times may be extended, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customs & Duties

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Once international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
