At TIME by Honey, every timepiece is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear.

Returns are only accepted in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

All TIME by Honey products are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind purchases

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper care

• Items that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use

• Items returned without prior approval

Only items proven to be damaged or defective upon delivery are eligible for exchange review.

Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

We accept exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at timebyhoney@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the damaged or defective item back.

• Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

• TIME by Honey is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
